Sales Term and Conditions:

• The prices are Ex-warehouse shipping location.
• Customer is responsible for arranging all insurance on sold goods.
• Any claim regarding condition of packaging or errors dealing with shipment must be made up to the first day after receiving the package(s).
• The module are warranty by Leadingcom and chips are warranty by the manufacturers' acceptance only. Both are sold with 180 days invoice date base., unless mentioned otherwise on this invoice.
• Customer is responsible for performing visual and quality inspection on all purchased parts before mounting on board.
• Should Leadingcom fail to make the shipment after receiving payment, only the received amount will be refunded.

General Terms and Conditions:

• All quotations from Leadingcom Corporation are subject to change without notice. 
• Buyer is responsible for freight charges, duties, and taxes.
• All purchase orders shall be placed in writing either by facsimile or electronic mail by the buyer.
• All claims must be made within seven days from receiving the shipment unless otherwise specified in writing. 
• Warranty claims should be made in writing by confirmed delivery to Leadingcom Corporation within warranty period. 
• Parts supplied as New Factory Sealed condition will hold the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified.
